Our state-of-the-art glove manufacturing plant features:

Fully Automated, High-Capacity Production Lines for Maximum Efficiency

Our Plant features automatic glove stripping, counting, stacking and packing systems that enable minimal human intervention. Our fully automated supervisory control and data acquisition system further increases our productivity and operational efficiency through seamless control over our manufacturing processes.

Dedicated Facilities for Water Treatment and Recycling

We strive to minimise the ecological impact of our operations. Our Plant’s advanced wastewater treatment and water recycling systems enable us to reuse 70% of the water utilised in our production process.

Energy-Efficient Buildings and Processes

Natural lighting and ventilation feature prominently in all our buildings. In supplementary cases, energy-saving LED lighting and mechanical ventilation solutions are used. Our production lines apply high-efficiency electrical motors, chillers and compressed air systems. In addition, we employ solar photovoltaic systems to generate solar power for our own consumption.

Fully Equipped, Spacious Workers’ Accommodation

The wellbeing of our workers is important to us. In designing our workers’ accommodation, we have gone over and above the minimum requirements set by the government for such quarters. Ensuite bathrooms and lockers, spacious dormitories, as well as round-the-clock supply of nutritious food at the cafeteria are amongst the salient features of this facility.
