Dynacare believes in fostering strong and mutually beneficial ties with our stakeholders.

a) Employees

We value employees with extensive skills and talents, regardless of their race, gender and ethnicity. We have put in place policies and procedures to ensure we practise the abovementioned value and adhere to all employment legislations.

b) Human Rights

The protection of human rights is embedded in our employment and recruitment practices. We follow a Code of Conduct that clearly states proper directives on diversity and inclusivity, fair working hours and wages, decent accommodation, as well as other human rights risks, such as slavery and human trafficking.

We fully subscribe to fair labour practices in our business operations. We recognise the rights of all individuals as set forth in national laws and regulations and international agreements. All of our implemented policies are aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (Guiding Principles), the International Labour Organization (ILO) core conventions, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Our premises feature a centralised labour quarters for our foreign and outstation workers. These quarters adopt universal best practices. We have established a Whistleblowing Policy for employees and stakeholders to lodge reports in good faith without fear of reprisal.

c) Health and Safety at the Workplace

Employees’ health and safety are Dynacare’s utmost priority. We have established an occupational health and safety management system and continually ensure stringent compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws and regulations.

d) Relationships With Our Suppliers, Customers and Communities

Dynacare has an established vendor development programme that emphasises ethical sourcing. We also develop products that are sustainable and manufacture our products to exceed the requirements of our customers and regulators.

e) Adherence to Standards and Regulations

We comply with regulatory requirements for our manufacturing processes, products and operations, including:

  • ISO 13485:2016 for Quality
  • Management System (Medical Devices)
  • ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System
  • ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management System
  • OHSAS 18001: Occupational Health and Safety Standard

  • American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM)
